Accessibility Statement.
Life’sPilot is designed to be usable by everyone in the Care Circle — including supporters with disabilities.
Effective: June 4, 2026 · Last updated: June 4, 2026
Our commitment
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across our marketing site, web app, and mobile apps. We treat accessibility as an ongoing practice, not a one-time audit.
What we’ve built for
- Keyboard navigation across every interactive surface
- Visible focus indicators on all focusable elements
- Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive states
- Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks for assistive technology
- Captions and transcripts for video content (where available)
- Voice-first design so supporters can use the app without looking at a screen
- Multilingual support so the right guidance reaches every supporter
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motionsystem settings
Known limitations
We’re actively working on the following areas:
- Some legacy blog content predates our current accessibility standards and is being remediated.
- Third-party embeds (videos, forms) may not fully meet our accessibility targets — we test and replace where possible.
- Pre-launch product mockups in marketing pages are placeholders and will be replaced with accessible production screens.
Request accommodations
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on any Life’sPilot surface, or you need an alternative way to access information or features, we want to hear from you. We respond within two business days and aim to provide accommodations within one week.
