Terms of Service.
The legally binding agreement between you and Life’sPilot Inc.
1. Welcome to Life’sPilot
Life’sPilot is a personal productivity, planning, organization, goal management, journaling, scheduling, and AI-assisted decision support platform operated by Life’sPilot Inc.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Life’sPilot Inc. (“Life’sPilot,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing, downloading, installing, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Services Provided
Life’sPilot may provide:
- Goal planning tools
- Personal productivity systems
- Task management
- Scheduling tools
- Calendar integrations
- Contact integrations
- Journaling capabilities
- AI-generated recommendations
- AI-generated summaries
- AI-generated planning assistance
- Analytics and reporting features
Features may be modified, added, suspended, or removed at any time.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information;
- Maintain current information;
- Protect login credentials; and
- Promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
4. Google and Third-Party Integrations
Life’sPilot may integrate with:
- Google Calendar
- Google Contacts
- Google Tasks
- Apple Calendar
- Microsoft Outlook
- OpenAI and other AI providers
Data accessed from these services is used solely to provide requested functionality and is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Life’sPilot does not sell Google user data. Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
5. AI Services Disclosure
Life’sPilot may utilize artificial intelligence systems to generate recommendations, plans, schedules, summaries, analyses, and other content.
AI-generated content:
- May contain inaccuracies;
- May be incomplete;
- May become outdated; and
- Should be independently verified.
Users remain solely responsible for decisions based on AI-generated outputs.
6. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
Life’sPilot may provide productivity, wellness, habit-building, and personal development tools.
Life’sPilot is not a healthcare provider. The Service does not provide:
- Medical advice;
- Mental health treatment;
- Diagnosis;
- Therapy; or
- Crisis intervention.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, contact emergency services immediately.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content submitted to Life’sPilot.
By uploading content, you grant Life’sPilot a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, display, transmit, and analyze such content solely for operating and improving the Service.
8. Account Deletion
Users may permanently delete their account through:
- In-app account settings; or
- Email request to help@lifespilot.com.
Upon a verified deletion request:
- Account access is terminated;
- Personal data is deleted or anonymized within a commercially reasonable timeframe; and
- Certain information may be retained where legally required.
9. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Users may manage subscriptions through:
- Google Play Store;
- Apple App Store; or
- Other authorized payment providers.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or platform policies.
10. Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Violate laws;
- Commit fraud;
- Upload malicious code;
- Harass others;
- Infringe intellectual property;
- Attempt unauthorized access;
- Use automated scraping systems; or
- Abuse AI features.
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life’sPilot Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
The Company’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of:
- (a) amounts paid by the user during the preceding twelve (12) months; or
- (b) one hundred United States dollars ($100 USD).
12. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
Arbitration shall occur in Broward County, Florida.
Users waive:
- Jury trials;
- Class actions; and
- Class arbitrations.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
